Description

Stained glass window dedicated to James C. Thom and Harriet Thom by their son Gen. General George Thom. James Thom, served in the army during the War of 1812, and he and his wife, Helen (originally from Gloucester, Mass.) owned a store in Derry. The building that was the store was later the parsonage for First Parish Church. Gen. George Thom was one of the highest ranking men from Derry, NH, to serve in the Civil War.
